Whether you are a NEW homeowner, landlord, Airbnb vacation home rental owner or just simply moving in or out of a home, keeping/restoring the property's clean and sanitization in between "move-ins" is extremely important! We offer superior cleaning and disinfecting services for new homeowners, landlords, vacation home rental owners---or if you're just moving into a new property, and want to ensure it is professionally cleaned and disinfected. Base price for a 1 bedroom, up to 1.5 bathrooms and approx. 1100sqft or less is $150 and can take approx. 2 hrs. depending on client-specific cleaning needs, amount of rooms, appliances etc. Discount for weekly/bi-weekly and monthly cleanings are available. PLEASE NOTE: Payment is due at the time of booking. Clean-3xPlush reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule appointments if payment has not been made. We also offer additional cleaning services.
