Whether you are a NEW homeowner, landlord, Airbnb vacation home rental owner or just simply moving in or out of a home, keeping/restoring the property's clean and sanitization in between "move-ins" is extremely important! We offer superior cleaning and disinfecting services for new homeowners, landlords, vacation home rental owners---or if you're just moving into a new property, and want to ensure it is professionally cleaned and disinfected. Base price is $220 for a home with 3-4 bedrooms and up to 3 bathrooms. Home is between 2500 -3500sq.ft. and can take approx. 3 - 4 hrs depending on client-specific cleaning needs, amount of interior rooms, appliances etc. PLEASE NOTE: Payment is due at the time of booking. Clean-3xPlush reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule appointments if payment has not been made. We also offer additional cleaning services.
